What is the booking process?Visit my website and find any service(s) you’d like to book with me, add them to your cart, and check out. Make sure you enter the correct email at checkout because you will be sent an email with further instructions to proceed with booking confirmation. In the email, you will receive an order form that needs to be filled out. Please fill that out, I will review within 24 hours and we will begin working on your project.

What is your turnaround time like?Turnaround time varies for most projects. For flyers and social media content, the turnaround time is 3-5 business days. For video projects, turnaround time is betwen 5-7 business days. For logos and websites, turnaround time is 7-10 business days. Turnaround times are subject to change depending on any sales or high volume orders.

Do you offer rush orders?Rush orders are only available upon request. Please email me after you'd made your purchase to request a rush order. If approved, you will be sent an additonal invoice for the fees associated with rush orders. More information regarding rush orders will be included in the individual email.

I'm not sure of project details. Do you offer Consultations?Yes, consultations are available and can be scheduled. If you are not sure of your project details, it is highly recommended to book a consultation first, to see if my services will be of any benefit to you. Consultations can be booked on my website as you would book any other service. During our consultation, we will discuss any project details and I will answer any questions you have for me. Consultation fees are deducted from total price of desired service.

What type of media files should I submit for my project?High quality, unpixelated images are accepted only. I recommend professional images to be submitted in order to obtain the best results. I will not accept any images that are pixelated, blurry, or difficult for me to edit or manipulate. If you are not able to submit your own photos, stock photos may be used for your project. You will be subject to any fees for supplemental stock photos. For websites, please attach a google doc with your website "copy."

Do you offer refunds or design exchanges? What if I'm not satisfied?Unfortunately, I can not offer refunds for any digital services. Once the design process has began, there will be no refunds or design exchanges offered. I work until each client is satisfied and there are opportunites for revisions, should a client see that a project is not going according to their liking.

What are your creative hours?My creative hours are from 10am to 6pm, Monday-Friday. LGCreates does not operate on weekends or major holidays. Therefore, it is best to inquire or contact me regarding your project within these hours.
