Design Only. Set of 2 email content templates. The client will receive 2 JPG Image files. The client is responsible for integrating the design onto the email campaign app/platform.
 
 
Integration Add-On is available for additional fee: This includes me setting up the client’s email campaign. Client must have an active MailChimp account and must provide correct login credentials. Contents of the email must be properly submitted. I will NOT create the contents of the email for you.
 
All content and information for the campaign template must be typed out and submitted with the order form or via email at support@LGCreates.com. Screenshots of information IS NOT accepted, and I will contact you to request that the information be typed out correctly.
 
Logo: Your logo must be submitted as a PNG (transparent) file, LGCreates will NOT accept logos in the form of a JPG image.
 
Imagery: LGCreates only accepts high-quality and professional images. Blurry, pixelated, or Cropped iPhone photos are not accepted.
 
After Purchase: After payment, clients will receive confirmation emails with steps on how to submit their order forms. Order forms must be filled out and submitted so that we can get started on the client’s project. If needed, additional information will be requested via email. Please make sure that you provide the correct email at checkout. It is recommended that you do not purchase a service you are not ready for - you must be ready with all requirements including any imagery (if applicable), all ideas, and all information.

Revisions: Revisions are only considered for minor changes such as font selection, elements changes, sound adjustments, or typo correction. Revisions are not to be considered a full redesign. Video editing projects(intros, outros, motion flyers, video editing) are subject to one overall free revision. Any revisions following, will be subject to a $15 fee per revision. Revision fees must be paid before revisions are made.

PROJECTS: 3-10 business days
REVISIONS: 3-5 days
 
Refunds:
LGCreates does not provide refunds for any services, once production has began. Therefore, all projects are subject to 100% non-refundable payment from client, unless stated otherwise by LGCreates.
