Intro Style consists of text effects, basic motion and movement of elements, images will be utilized for this style. Please submit high-quality, unpixelated images for this intro style.
The intro duration is 10-15 seconds. It is highly suggested that the client chooses to use noncopyrighted music for their channel intros. I am not responsible or able to offer additional assistance should a client run into copyright strikes on their channel.

Refunds:
LGCreates does not provide refunds for any services, once production has began. Therefore, all projects are subject to 100% non-refundable payment from client, unless stated otherwise by LGCreates.

Order Confirmation
After payment is submitted, clients will receive confirmation emails with steps on how to submit their order forms. Order forms must be filled out and submitted so that we can get started. If needed, additional information will be requested via email. Please make sure that you provide the correct email at checkout.
Revisions
Revisions are only considered for minor changes such as font selection, photo swap, element changes, sound adjustments, or typo corrections. Revisions are not to be considered a full redesign. Video editing projects (intros, outros, motion flyers, video editing) are subject to one overall free revision. Any revisions following, will be subject to a $15 fee per revision. Revision fees must be paid before revisions are made.
