Refunds and Cancellations
The Client understands and agrees that LGCreates does not provide refunds for any services, once production has begun. Therefore, all projects are subject to 100% non-refundable payment from client, unless stated otherwise by LGCreates.
Clients have a 24-hour window after the payment is submitted to determine whether or not they want to move forward in the production of a project. Buyer's remorse is not a valid excuse for cancellations, so it is strongly advised that clients carefully consider this before submitting payments and submitting order forms. If for any reason the client decides to cancel a service after it has already been started by The Designer and/or paid, the full or partial payment amount will not be refunded.
In the event that LGCreates is faulty for whatever reason, accommodations may be made.Communication
Communication between LGCreates and the client is best conducted primarily via email. Project updates are only initiated by the Designer, not by client request. I value my creativity, so it is important for me to not be disturbed or rushed during the process. LGCreates politely enforces a Do Not Disturb system regarding project updates. It is recommended that clients adhere to the turnaround times listed on each individual project description.
When a client becomes unresponsive, it pushes them back into the design queue. For this reason, when a project pauses for more than 14 business days, a restart fee of $50 will be applied to pick back up where it last left off.
Revisions
Please notify the designer of revision requests within 24 hours of the project files being sent. Revisions are only considered for minor changes such as font and color selection, element changes, or typo corrections. Revisions are not considered a full redesign. All purchases include 2 free revisions. Any additional revisions will be subject to a $15 fee per revision. Revision fees must be paid before revisions are made.
Order Confirmation
After payment is confirmed, clients will receive confirmation emails with steps on how to submit their order forms. Order forms must be filled out and submitted so that we can get started. If needed, additional information will be requested via email. Please make sure that you provide the correct email at checkout.
